Early Preschool Program

Preston Children’s Academy’s early childhood preschool for 2 to 3 year olds is more than just preschool. It’s a preschool program that provides a rich environment in which your child can learn, explore and grow. We help your child develop the social and emotional skills needed to learn effectively.

Early Preschool Program

Early childhood is all about exploring and learning how the world works. Our early preschool curriculum is designed to give 2 to 3 year olds opportunities to do both. Our hands on activities and free play time allow children to interact with their surroundings, learn cooperation and social skills, and make the connections their young minds thrive on.

Your child will continue hands on learning experiences while expanding language skills, increasing familiarity with the alphabet and numbers, and enhancing fine motor skills. A more structured classroom environment ensures that your child continues to experience the fun of learning.

Early Preschool 2 to 3 Year Old Curriculum

Our early preschool classrooms are more structured than our toddler classrooms, allowing our teachers to guide children through more creative and enriching activities. A balance of structure and play prepares children for future academic success while keeping learning fun and challenging. The Preston Children’s Academy curriculum focuses on and promotes development and exploration in many areas, such as:

  • Arts
  • Creative  Free Play
  • Group Activities
  • Introduction to Math Concepts
  • Introduction to Science
  • Introduction to Spanish
  • Language Development
  • Outdoor Play
  • Physical Activities
  • Refining Gross & Fine Motor Skills
